July 29, 2022 - Change of Booking/Payment Platform
I have been informed that Therapy Live will no longer be offering their booking/payment platform as of August 15, 2022. I have contracted with another company to provide this service so as of August 15, 2022 you can no longer contact me through Therapy Live. If you have not yet completed a consent form to connect with me through my new platform, please reach out by email and I would be happy to provide you with one and support you through this transition. Thanks so much!
February 02, 2022 - Consider Booking Ahead (if possible)
February is shaping up to be a busy month! I have a one-day training session this month that falls on a Thursday, clinic day as well as the Family Day holiday Monday, that I will not be working. I have tried to add additional treatment spots on alternate days but unfortunately, that is not always possible. If you are engaged in weekly therapeutic work, please consider booking a number of appointments with me ahead of time, so that you are able to get the spot that works well for you. My evening spots are very popular and book up quickly. Currently all evening spots are booked for the month of February and I am now booking evenings in March.
January 10, 2022 - Upgraded Air Purifier
For all of our safety, I have upgraded my office air purifier/fan to a medical grade, Honeywell HEPA filter. This air filter has a 2-stage air cleaning system that is designed to be used in a170 sq ft. For those of you that don't know, that is much larger than my office! Masks continue to be required in the clinic as well as in my office as per public health as well as WorkSafe BC recommendations.
December 29, 2021 - Mental Health Wellness @ West Coast College of Massage Therapy
The West Coast College of Massage Therapy offers InReach Massage Clinics for clients with mental health symptoms/diagnoses (PTSD, anxiety and/or depression). Mental health wellness services are available for clients on Mondays from 12:10-5:30pm and Tuesdays 9:00-1:55pm. Access to these services requires a referral from your treatment provider. If you are interested in accessing these services, I would be happy to provide current client's with a referral note at no charge. November 09, 2021 - 2022 Rates for Services
On January 1st, 2022 my rates for services will be increasing to $215 for a 50 minute session to bring my rates closer in line with the current fee schedule recommended by the British Columbia Psychological Association at $225 per 50 minute session.
October 13, 2021 - Upcoming Evening Appointments
I have limited evening appointments available for current clients that cannot attend sessions during daytime hours. Evening appointments are offered on Thursday evenings from 5-8pm. Evening appointment dates between now and Christmas include: October 28th, November 18th, December 2nd, and December 16th. These appointments are not bookable on my online calendar, so please contact me by email/phone to book.
