Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Solution Focused Brief Therapy is evidenced-based, short-term and goal focused therapy that helps clients focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. This type of treatment helps people to create realistic goals in order to achieve long-term change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a short-term, goal oriented therapy that focuses on changing problematic patterns of thinking and behavior. CBT is evidenced-based and is considered first-line treatment for many mood and anxiety disorders.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a third-wave behavioral therapy that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies to increase psychological flexibility. This modality helps people embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting against them. It is evidenced-based and offers good success in treating mood and anxiety disorders.
Eye Movement Densensitization & Reprocessing

Rates for Services
Psychological Treatment $200/hour*
Psychological Assessment is billed at $225/hour and can take anywhere from 6-20 hours to complete. Psychological assessments are comprehensive and include: a 1-2 hour clinical interview, testing, scoring and analysis, writing of the report, as well as a post-assessment feedback session. Please contact me to discuss your needs and the length of time that would be required to achieve them.
*Please note, my rates for psychological treatment will be increasing to $210/hour on January 1st 2021.
Most extended health plans now cover treatment and assessment provided by Registered Psychologists, however coverage amounts vary. Please contact your insurance provider for detailed information about your coverage. Receipts for all services will be provided for reimbursement through your extended health plan.
