Psychological treatment can improve cognitive and emotional skills, reduce mental health symptoms (e.g., low mood, anxiety) and improve coping and resiliency. It can be short term, or more in-depth- depending on your goals, as well as the nature and severity of your symptoms. I am experienced in treating a variety of mental health disorders including: Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Insomnia. I also provide services related to career exploration, and workplace issues.

Psychological assessment is the use of standardized tests and measurements that provide information about, or formal documentation of a clinical diagnosis. Psychological assessments can take a number of hours to complete depending on the goals of the assessment and the complexity of the symptoms. I provide assessments for Learning Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, as well as various, required workplace assessments (i.e., mental fitness etc.).For more specific information on the type of assessment you require, please contact me.
